In 2017, LightCastle Business Confidence Index signified a cautiously optimistic confidence level of +43, on a scale of -100 to +100, compared to low to moderate confidence of +39 in 2016. A survey of 102 CxOs/Leadership Team were conducted to assess the factors that influence the overall direction and growth trends of the economy. The responses using harmonized business confidence index were used to calculate the final confidence score.
